Bio
James Magniac is a visual anthropologist and editor. He has studied at Goldsmiths, Queen Mary, Oxford University and Central Saint Martins. His research interests include nineteenth-century imperial Britain and colonialism. He also works as a literary editor, having worked as a fiction editor in two of London's most fiercely independent book publishers, Oneworld Publications and Granta Books. He also works as a story editor on a prize-winning narrative-driven podcast.
